The Caviar Veritas Standard is written by industry-leading experts in sustainability and quality assurance, designed to meet both the legal requirements of global caviar production and the high expectations of luxury markets.

Certification is granted only to producers and suppliers who can demonstrate, through a rigorous audit, that they consistently meet or exceed these standards for authenticity, quality, concentration, purity, ethical sourcing, and sustainability.

This certification guarantees that product is produced in a manner that is not only compliant with international regulations, such as CITES, but also meets the demands of eco-conscious and premium consumers. By continually meeting the requirements of the Caviar Veritas standard, certified suppliers commit to upholding the highest quality in the industry.
The Caviar Veritas standard is guided by six core principles:

ORIGIN AND PROCESSING OF CAVIAR – guidelines and requirements for sustainable sourcing , CITES compliance and full traceability from farm to final product.

CAVIAR COMPOSITION OF TOTAL PRODUCT – standards that ensure the quality and purity of caviar within the total composition of the product formulation.

STORAGE, MANUFACTURING AND PACKAGING – standards for the processing of caviar, ensuring minimal environmental impact while preserving the nutrient-rich properties of the ingredient.
